South African recording artist, Candis Angelene is a soprano that will startle you with her fresh, ethereal sound.

‘Ancient Light’ is the singer’s first release, and is a classical crossover album featuring original music by Mark Cheyne with lyrics written by Candis Angelene.

It takes the listener on a journey from the epic to the intimate, through shades of light and dark, whilst being transported to other worlds. ‘This is Our Secret’ is the single released on Classic FM 102.7 and is a moving adaptation of the world famous ‘Morning’ by Edvard Grieg.
