Ian Burgess-Simpson Pianos, South Africa’s largest piano specialist business, is the sole distributor of the prestigious Japanese piano manufacturing brand Kawai. Models available include new entry level uprights, professional uprights, grand pianos, digital and stage pianos.
They are also able to import the superior, hand-crafted Shigeru Kawai pianos from Japan, recognised as the finest pianos ever made in the East.
They also stock a variety of second hand pianos, from entry level and Classic German uprights to second hand grands. In addition, one of their specialities is rebuilding pianos authentically with an emphasis on Vintage Steinways.
Ian Burgess-Simpson Pianos also offer a variety of piano accessories, such as castor cups, polishing cream, string covers, custom made piano covers and benches, as well as being the distributor for the Piano Life Saver climate protection system from Dampp-Chaser® (USA).
