After sharing the stage with super stars such as Kirk Franklin, it was just a matter of time till Heavenly Quartez released their well anticipated debut album, Isiqalo, meaning ‘the beginning’.

Heavenly Quartez is not just an ordinary classical group. They are versatile, talented and energetic on stage; their scintillating voices complement each other to create harmony. Their style of music is Afro-Classic fused with Jazz and Gospel.

They have a great cross-over appeal, with songs such as the Medley combination of different languages, including Afrikaans. Following the successful release of their first single, Mzali Wam, Heavenly Quartez released their 13 track album Isiqalo on 7 November 2011.

With songs such as Mzali Wam, Khayelitsha, Nosipho, e Prayer, and many more soothing hits, they worked with legendary and talented producers to produce one of the best South African classical cross-over albums to date.
